TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOMERS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contractual agreement executed between you ("Customer") and AZ COMMUNITY BASKET LLC regarding your deployment and use of our marketplace applications.
1. INDEPENDENT MULTI-VENDOR MARKETPLACE ARCHITECTURE
1.1. Platform Brokerage Status: AZ COMMUNITY BASKET LLC functions exclusively as a centralized, high-technology digital platform provider. We facilitate commercial transactions by brokering connections between independent consumer buyers and third-party retail/grocery merchants ("Vendors").
1.2. Merchant Liability Exemption: We do not cultivate, manufacture, prepare, pack, or directly control the inventory pricing, specifications, or quality of items sold by independent Vendors. The third-party Vendor retains absolute and exclusive product liability for all dispatched items.
2. TRANSIT LOGISTICS AND DELIVERY PARAMETERS
2.1. Customer Access Verification: Customers are legally obligated to provide 100% accurate structural delivery address records, working contact phone coordinates, and valid access credentials (such as Gate Codes, Apartment Numbers, or Complex Intercom pins) within the Glendale/Arizona operational zone.
2.2. Delivery Access Failure: If a transit driver (utilizing a Car, Delivery Van, or Cargo Truck) encounters a logistical block due to incomplete customer access records or non-responsiveness at the delivery destination, the driver shall execute a maximum five (5) minute wait threshold. After five minutes, the order will be abandoned, and the Customer shall forfeit the transaction fee with 0% liability falling on AZ COMMUNITY BASKET LLC.
2.3. Freshness and External Conditions: Due to high desert climate fluctuations in Arizona, the Company shall not be held liable for any degradation of fresh goods or retail packaging left unattended at a customer’s doorstep pursuant to a customer’s "leave at door" delivery selection profile.
3. CONSUMER ALLERGY AND HEALTH WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
3.1. Ingredient Responsibility: Customers bear the exclusive legal duty to carefully evaluate all product ingredients, descriptions, and potential food allergens before purchase.
3.2. Medical Liability Disclaimer: AZ COMMUNITY BASKET LLC, its administrative board, corporate executives, and technical developers shall remain 100% immune from any legal actions, claims, medical damages, or losses resulting from food allergies, cross-contamination, dietary reactions, or illnesses originating from food items processed by third-party marketplace Vendors.
